Client Relations Manager


Responsibilities:

Proactively develop and manage relationships with clients, identify and execute any actions necessary in order to retain clients, and to grow a portfolio. Primary metrics for measurement and compensation are:

  • Retention/renewal of clients
  • Enhancement/upgrade sales to clients
  • Growth of portfolio (via referral sales and outside sales)
Skills/Knowledge Required:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in commercial landscape maintenance field, ideally in an Account Management/Client Service and/or Sales/Business Development role
  • Experience/Existing Portfolio with Mid-South Commercial Property Managers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, skilled at developing/cultivating/building long-term relationships with clients, “people” person
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background and/or education in landscape/horticulture
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Landscape Maintenance Supervisor


Responsibilities:

Management of and responsible for 3-person grounds maintenance team including all necessary in-field training. Ensure the safe operation of all employees, equipment, and materials.

Skills/Knowledge Required:
  • One year experience in landscape maintenance
  • Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must have a working mobile phone
  • Must be competent in horticulture practices
  • Background and/or education in landscape/horticulture
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English
  • Bilingual (Spanish) – Not required, but preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good vision and hearing
  • Able to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Able to climb ladders for tree pruning

Landscape Maintenance Crewman


Responsibilities:

Part of a three-person grounds maintenance team. Maintenance crewman operates all power equipment, including edgers, string trimmers, blowers, large mowers and small push mowers.

Skills/Knowledge Required:
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record – Not required, but preferred
  • Must have a working mobile phone
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English
  • Bilingual (Spanish) – Not required, but preferred
